Not really sure I have anything profound to say, but feel like i need to get the "first post" done on the blog for the "Reach Rio" trip.
Well I've been practicing the trombone almost every day since Easter (probably more like every other day) I have to say it's really hard to tell what i'm more excited about. Playing with a bunch of other trombonists, experiencing a new culture, or actually getting to do a music missions trip like i've talked about since i was a kid. I'm WAY excited.
Pray that in my excitement I don't end up forgetting important documents or my trombone or anything like that. I'm flying out of Milwaukee Monday afternoon to atlanta, then an 8 hour flight or something like that to Rio. hoping for a great night of sleep on the plane to start the trip fresh!
I'm praying that the Lord will anoint every step and every conversation for His glory. God is good & great things are to come!
